The pomelo peel essential oil, containing many chemical ingredients, is a mixture and essentially consists of aliphatic compounds, aromatic compounds and terpenoids; the pomelo essential oil has a unique aroma, but can be neither chemically synthesized nor replaced by other citrus so far.
